A person shot and killed an innocent bystander during a “No Kings” protest in Salt Lake City, Utah on Saturday.

The man shot and killed while participating in the "No Kings" protest in Salt Lake City was a successful fashion designer and former "Project Runway" contestant who devoted his life to celebrating artists from the Pacific Islands.

Police said Sunday that someone wearing a brightly colored security vest was aiming at a man who had peeled off from the crowd and was holding a rifle.
