A 1-year-old child who has been missing for two weeks has been found safe, her grandmother confirmed to KAKE News on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation's missing persons database, Blessence Smith is 2-foot-2, weighs 15 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
