The Orioles’ injured list fell to 12 players long on Tuesday when the club reinstated catcher Adley Rutschman. It went back up to a baker’s dozen on Thursday. On the Orioles’ day off, the club placed starting pitcher Dean Kremer on the 15-day IL with a right quad strain.
