TAMPA, Fla. — Michigan’s offense was already one one of the worst in college football in 2024. Now with an interim play-caller, several key opt-outs and the unit in a state of transition, can the Wolverines do enough to keep up with No. 11 Alabama in Tuesday’s ReliaQuest Bowl (Noon, ESPN)?

The Wolverines will likely have a new starting quarterback next season (favorites are freshman Bryce Underwood or incoming transfer Mikey Keene) and will certainly have a new offensive coordinator in former North Carolina OC Chip Lindsey. However, for the bowl game, tight ends coach Steve Casula is handling those duties in the interim.
