Muslim and Christian families told they are not welcome as Iranian attacks highlight dangers and discrimination faced by Palestinian citizens of Israel

The two Palestinians live in the Masafer Yatta region of the South Hebron hills recently featured in the Oscar-winning Israeli-Palestinian documentary 'No Other Land.'

The Israeli military said on Friday a missile that was launched from Yemen towards Israel fell to earth inside the city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, adding that no interceptors were involved.

In the latest Quinnipiac University poll, respondents were asked whether they sympathized more with Israelis or Palestinians. A plurality, 37%, said Israelis, while 32% said Palestinians. Meanwhile, nearly a third, 31%, expressed no opinion.

The men were not allowed to enter the country despite having visas and a sponsor — a local Jewish synagogue leader.
