BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Sabres are gaining confidence and victories in their return to the Stanley Cup playoffs. And after sweeping both games in Boston with dominant win Sunday, the team can claim its first postseason series win Tuesday night on home ice.

The Buffalo Sabres continued their preparation for Game 4 against the Boston Bruins with a practice Saturday afternoon at TD Garden. With no morning skate before the 2 p.m. Sunday puck drop, Buffalo held a full-team session and doesn’t appear to be making any lineup changes from the Game 3 win.

Peyton Krebs and Ryan McLeod scored on consecutive shots 83 seconds apart in the second period, and the Buffalo Sabres hung on for a 4-2 win over the Dallas Stars after allowing two goals in the final 4:36 on Tuesday night.
