A suspect and a victim are both in the hospital after the driver of a stolen car fled from police and ended up crashing into a bystander's vehicle Tuesday night in Salt Lake City.

Police received information about “several people potentially burglarizing and criminally trespassing” at a motel on North Temple Street in Salt Lake City, according to a press release from SLCPD. The motel is reportedly set to be a temporary winter overflow shelter that will open later this month.
