Winter storm warning for Twin Cities, blizzard warning for western MN
A winter storm warning has been issued for the Twin Cities metro as the first snow storm of the cold season approaches. The storm will bring rain and snow to the state and parts of the region Tuesday into early Wednesday.
There have been more than 600 crashes, spinouts, vehicles off the road and jackknifed semis. Hundreds of crashes, spinouts and jackknifed semis have been reported since a winter storm brought heavy snow and blizzard conditions to Minnesota on Tuesday.
Snow descended on parts of southern Minnesota on Tuesday, November 25, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter storm warning for the region.This footage was captured by the NWS, who said that it shows snow in Chanhassen.
