Millions of people in the High Plains will experience widespread wind gusts between 60 to 80 mph, from Montana to Kansas.
A winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 8:26 p.m. valid for Saturday between 1 a.m. and 4 p.m. for Berks and Lehigh counties.
The first half of winter was the warmest on record for an extraordinary swath of the West. A snow drought grips much of the region as a result of the unusually high temperatures.
