Hurricane Kirk is expected to strengthen bringing swells to the U.S. east coast on Sunday, the National Hurricane Center said.

Tropical Storm Leslie will be following behind Kirk over the coming days. The storm is expected to reach hurricane strength over the weekend. It’s a long way away from ever impacting the US and chances seem low it would make it across the Atlantic without curving back out to sea.
