Craig County, Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Michelle Lowry told TMZ on Thursday that prosecutors agreed in May to defer filing charges against Bryan for a period of 6 months.

You likely remember the mugshot that sent shockwaves through social media, as well as the damning dash cam footage that made Bryan’s arrest rather understandable. Bryan put out an apology the morning after, saying that he let the emotions get the best of him, and that’s apparent when you look at the tape.

The country musician was booked on an obstruction of investigation charge in September 2023 after getting “lippy” with cops.
