Edna Mae Skinner, 94, of New Windsor, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, at St. Anthony's Nursing & Rehab, Rock Island. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
Edna V. Skinner passed away on Sept. 20, 2024. A funeral service will be held 11 am, Friday, Sept. 27, 2024 at New Willow Grove Baptist Church. Viewing Thurs. 2-6pm at Metropolitan, Berkley.
