A prisoner who escaped police custody at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center on Tuesday was captured in Philadelphia.

Parish President Jessie Bellard issued a press release Tuesday about a parish jail escapee, and "encouraged" the media to reach out to Sheriff Bobby Guidroz about what happened.
