Fulton County filed a motion Tuesday demanding the immediate return of 700 boxes of seized 2020 election records.

The FBI confirmed it was serving a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Board office. The agency said the warrant was signed by a magistrate judge but wouldn't say initially what it was for.
