District officials detailed their plans for welcoming students back to the classroom during a news conference Tuesday at Briar Hills Elementary School.

Thirty-eight Fulton County schools, representing more than a third of the district’s schools, have “beaten the odds” according to information released Feb. 27 by the Georgia Department of Education.
