Israel’s enforcement of its shifting demarcation line in Gaza has left hundreds of Palestinians dead in the months since an Oct. 10 ceasefire.

Israel killed at least two Palestinians including a girl, and wounded four others including other children, in an airstrike on Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip on Monday, officials at the city's main Nasser Hospital said.

Despite the October 2024 ceasefire deal, the Israeli army has continued its attacks against Palestinians, killing 424 and wounding 1,189 others, according to Gaza's health ministry.

Israel has revoked the licenses of more than three dozen humanitarian organizations, and now those groups are grappling with how that will affect aid operations in Gaza.
