Friday is Halloween, and a D.C. emergency room physician said several factors could make this year’s holiday — and trick-or-treating — particularly dangerous.

She wrote in the caption, “It’s not a holiday without a trip to the ER. (He’s fine, btw) HAPPY THANKSGIVING.” The mom of three, however, didn’t reveal which one of her sons needed medical attention.
