NBC and Peacock reload for more NFL action that comes with big playoff stakes on Sunday, December 28, when the Chicago Bears visit the San Francisco 49ers in a Sunday Night Football battle. Kickoff time arrives at 8:20 p.m. ET from Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco, with the game set to broadcast live on NBC and in simulcast on Peacock.

The No. 1 seed in the AFC will be decided on Sunday. The Broncos will be hosting the Chargers at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS and if they win that game, they'll clinch the top seed. However, if the Broncos lose, the Patriots could sneak in and steal the top seed by beating the Dolphins.

The NFL released on Dec. 28 the Week 18 TV schedule for games on Jan. 3 and 4, 2026. Tennessee's game at the Jacksonville Jaguars will kick off at noon on Jan. 4. Jacksonville can clinch the AFC South with a win.
