The United Kingdom’s Met Office has issued a status yellow rain warning for all of Northern Ireland between 8am and 3pm on Sunday, warning of spray and flooding that will likely affect road and public transport.
A yellow weather warning for wind came into force at 9am, and has been upgraded to an orange warning between 2pm and 7pm in counties Antrim, Fermanagh, Londonderry and Tyrone. The yellow warning stretches until 10pm across Northern Ireland.
