More than 100 passengers and crew onboard a cruise ship that sailed out of Florida have gotten sick with norovirus, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

It follows a recent unknown outbreak with similar symptoms that afflicted the Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas sailing out of Tampa.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is tracking a norovirus outbreak on a Florida cruise ship, days after an unknown illness sickened over 100 people on a Tampa-based ship.

This norovirus case marks the seventh gastrointestinal illness outbreak on cruises this year that reached the CDC's threshold for public notification.
