Tiger Woods abruptly withdraws from the Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines, saying he was still processing the death of his mother, who passed away last week.

"I’m still processing her loss," the golfer shared in his announcement Tiger Woods is no longer hosting the 2025 Genesis Invitational. On Monday, Feb. 10, Woods, 49, announced on Instagram that he is “just not ready” to participate following the death of his mother last week.
