Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) declined to rule out a possible bid for the White House when asked in a Sunday interview about his 2028 ambitions. Beshear noted he will serve as head of the Democratic Governors Association next year and is looking forward to winning “a lot of races that people aren’t expecting.
