A Milwaukee woman is charged with five felonies, including reckless homicide, after prosecutors say she caused a fatal crash while fleeing police.

Milwaukee police arrest 22-year-old driver following a pursuit and fatal crash near Brady Street and Humboldt Avenue on July 29.

Family says Marquis Ward was the rideshare passenger injured when a woman being chased by police ran a red light near Brady and Humboldt and crashed into the car he was riding in.
