There were no arrests and no reports of injuries related to the incident.  "Heavy Law Enforcement presence is still on the scene investigating the call," the sheriff's office said on social media.

Muskingum University has issued a shelter in place order for a possible active shooter on its New Concord campus. The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office posted on their Facebook page that law enforcement is on the scene and is asking people to avoid the area because it is still unsecured.
