There is a growing signal for winter weather across the Southern U.S. for the coming weekend. This could include at least parts of North Carolina on Saturday and Sunday.
Tuesday will be brutally cold all day with morning wake-up wind-chills around 0° to 5° in Baltimore. It'll feel like it's below zero through sunrise in parts of northern Maryland. Please make sure you and loved ones dress warmly with plenty of layers throughout the day Tuesday.

The second of two snowstorms this weekend has led to winter weather advisories for much of New Jersey starting at 6 a.m. Sunday.
A winter weather advisory is still in effect Sunday night for areas across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, with meteorologists warning of slippery travel, low visibility and lingering snow in some locations.
A small part of Florida was the Snowy State for the second year in a row. Snow briefly covered the grass and rooftops in parts of the western Florida Panhandle on Sunday morning as just enough frigid air rushed in behind a cold front to turn the last rain showers into snowflakes in the Sunshine State.
