London is set for a damp but extremely mild start to the week as Storm Bram hits the country. After a dry start to Monday, rain is expected to sweep the capital as temperatures climb to 14C. The Met Office is predicting an even milder Tuesday in the capital, with the mercury expected to nudge slightly higher to 15C.
