Los Angeles police found a couple in an Encino home on Monday with gunshot wounds, before the apparent murder victims were declared dead by fire department paramedics.

One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband Thomas Deluca, police said.

Raymond Boodarian, who was arrested in the killings of Robin Kaye and Tom Deluca, was charged with burglary and murder.
