A little more snow is heading our way just in time for Chicago’s end of day commute. A period of snowfall, just “a coating to a half an inch,” is on its way, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Gino Izzi. The snow, including possibly freezing drizzle, will begin in the early afternoon and reach into the early evening, he added.
Even with plummeting temperatures, some things can be done ahead of time to avoid troubles come Thursday morning.
