State gas prices slightly declined last week and reached an average of $3.07 per gallon of regular fuel on Monday, down from last week's price of $3.09 per gallon, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

The national average gas price for a gallon of regular gas has remained steady throughout the country and is currently cheaper than a week ago.
