Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds told a federal judge Thursday that they will seek to dismiss Justin Baldoni ‘s defamation lawsuit. Attorneys for the two sides are due in court Monday for the first hearing on the megafeud between the two “It Ends With Us” co-stars.

With the first actual hearing in the multi-million dollar lawsuits between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni coming up early next week, the Gossip Girl alum and spouse Ryan Reynolds have finally said the quiet part out loud.

A legal expert tells Page Six Baldoni’s team likely chose that massive amount to message he “will fight to the death to defend his name and bring Lively and Reynolds down.”
