Charles Manson, the cult leader behind a string of murders in California in the late 1960s, claimed to have killed others in the years prior, according to never-before-released audio. A new Peacock docuseries takes from more than 100 hours of prison phone calls with the cult leader recorded over 20 years.

Manson rose to notoriety for orchestrating the brutal murder of actor Sharon Tate, 26, in 1969. After being arrested the following year, he appeared at the trial with a swastika carved into his head and was given the death sentence, which was changed to nine consecutive life sentences after California abolished the death penalty.

In newly released audio featured in a documentary, Manson appears to speak about previously unknown killings.
