August 6 - Eugenio Suarez and Josh Naylor showed what they can add to the Seattle Mariners' offense. Suarez and Naylor, acquired in separate deals with Arizona before the trade deadline, both hit home runs Tuesday night in the Mariners' 8-3 victory against the visiting Chicago White Sox. The three-game series continues Wednesday night in Seattle.

This was Suarez's first homer (and second hit) over four games since he returned to Seattle. He's been slumping a bit, batting just .143 (7-for-49) over his last 13 games dating back to July 21 when he was still with Arizona,
