After another collapse to the Hornets, Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro have a message for the Heat.

Adebayo is fined $50,000 for making inappropriate contact with and directing profane language toward a game official after Friday's loss to the Timberwolves.

“He’s been a monster for us,” coach Erik Spoelstra said. “And he’s doing it all across the board — his leadership, his voice. He’s playing big minutes. He’s doing it on both ends. He’s scoring for us. He’s facilitating. He’s handling. He’s organizing our offense, and then he’s end of offense for us.” And, Spoelstra said, leading at a time of need.

As Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra admitted the team had regressed during last Saturday's loss to the Chicago Bulls, he remains confident in his team to turn the page and play up to their standard. He would say that Tuesday's practice was a good step in the right direction.
