A police officer in Ohio is on leave after shooting an unarmed man multiple times, with an investigation into the incident now underway, authorities said.

GREELEY, Colo. — Greeley police were involved in a shooting outside Banner North Colorado Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon, a department spokesperson said. Witnesses reported a large police presence outside the hospital at 1801 16th Street. No details about the shooting have been released.
