The US Department of Health and Human Services said it is re-establishing the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines, a panel of US health officials tasked with making recommendations on vaccine development,

(The Center Square) – U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced Thursday the reinstatement of the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines, the day before he had to respond to a lawsuit over his alleged failure to stand up the task force.

The Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines will, in part, work on making recommendations on the development and "refinement" of childhood vaccines that "result in fewer and less serious adverse reactions" than those currently on the market, according to an HHS press release.
