Jayson Tatum had just been carried off the court with a season-ending injury minutes before the Celtics were pushed to the brink of elimination when they played at Madison Square Garden earlier this week.

Tatum suffered a devastating injury in Game 4 loss against the Knicks. He suffered a ruptured Achilles in the fourth quarter of the game. Tatum had to be lifted off his feet and carried off the court. Since his 2017 addition to the team, Tatum has been crucial for the Celtics.
