The DC Council spent Tuesday and Wednesday hearing opinions on whether or not they should move forward with the amended deal proposed by Council Chairman Phil Mendelson. The agreement involves a record $2.7 billion private investment from the team and $1.1 billion in taxpayer funding to make the Commanders' RFK return possible.
