Joe Burrow might be the most powerful person within the Cincinnati Bengals organization other than the owners. He pleaded his case for Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins to get paid their value and they did. Now he’s pleading Trey Hendrickson’s case for him to get fair compensation, too, after leading the NFL in sacks last year.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow spoke at length with reporters early this week and inevitably hit on the topic of Trey Hendrickson’s contract saga with the team.

In 2024, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens got the best of the Bengals with a score of 35-34. After a touchdown from star receiver Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati went for two, and came up just short of taking the lead. Burrow will be looking to lead the team to the win column in primetime games against Jackson and the Ravens.
