Prosecutors and a lawyer for a woman charged with sneaking aboard a New York-to-Paris flight say they’ll try to work out a plea deal for her.

Svetlana Dali, who allegedly snuck onto a Delta Air Lines flight from NYC to Paris, has been indicted by a grand jury in New York.

Calling it “an unattended death” aboard the flight, Massachusetts State Police said someone called the Crime Scene Services Section about the death.
