EF-0 tornado confirmed by National Weather Service in southern Indiana on Tuesday
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An EF-0 tornado packing 80 mph winds touched down in southern Indiana Tuesday afternoon as severe weather moved through the area. That's according to John Gordon with the National Weather Service.
Officials plan to survey damage from southeast of Ligonier to east of Topeka and Plato and in the Mishawaka area.
The tornado, with winds up to 60 to 65 mph, left significant destruction in its wake at a construction company.
