Police have identified the victim of an upper Manhattan shooting on Monday that claimed a man’s life. According to law enforcement sources, Wilmer Rosario, 32, of Britton Street in the Bronx, was slain inside 3845 10th Ave.

Police say a 911 call led them to discover Wilmer Rosario on 10th Avenue and West 206th Street at around 6 a.m.

The deadly gunfire erupted around 6 a.m. at West 206th Street and 10th Avenue, just south of the 207th Street 1-line station. The victim was shot multiple times in the face and chest, police said.
