Tuesday, Deputy Graham was on proactive patrol when he saw a silver Kia being driven by a male known to have a habitually suspended license. Juan Garcia Valcourt, 34, had been arrested on 09/18/25 for a warrant for driving without a license. Deputy Graham activated his lights to conduct a traffic stop while behind the vehicle on Howland Boulevard. Garcia Valcourt fled before bailing out at Tom Hoffman Park.
