💧 Our crawfish farm has grown a lot since Louisiana Crawfish Company first started. We began with just a few ponds… Now we’ve got 21 ponds across the property—and we didn’t build them all at once. That means our water management system had to evolve along the way. Different pond elevations, different locations… figuring out how to connect everything has been a process. When people see it for the first time, it can look a little chaotic. But once you understand how it works—it’s pretty impressiv
