Say hello to the new Multnomah County Mobile Library! We are so excited to bring you a new era of library vehicles, a full-service mobile library! Our bookmobiles have been in service for over 90 years (beginning in 1924!), and now, this custom RV will not only be a hub for books, but will also offer tech services like printing capabilities, computers for use, and Wi-Fi access to neighborhoods around Multnomah County. Currently, we're training and planning 📝 for future programs, so stay tuned!

Today, law enforcement throughout Multnomah County came together to support the creation of a new burglary task force. This task force, led by Multnomah County District Attorney Nathan Vasquez, will include resources from the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, Portland Police Bureau, Gresham Police Department, and Port of Portland Police Department. This task force will leverage law enforcement across Multnomah County to identify, arrest, and prosecute criminals who are targeting small businesse

🌧️🚲Recently, our Transit Police Division conducted a joint mission with Portland Police, the Department of Community Justice and Oregon State Police. Officers and deputies focused their efforts on Downtown and Old Town.
