Nigella Lawson’s Lemon Polenta Cake 🍋 from her INCREDIBLE cookbook, ‘Kitchen’. One of my all time favourite cookbooks. This is a cracking gluten free cake recipe. Moist and delicious. Took this to a little picnic by the lake in Tignes with our friends at @Niurou Steakhouse - a really fabulous restaurant in Tignes if ever you’re visiting! All washed down with a bottle of English Sparkling Rosé from Holland’s vineyard in the Crouch Valley. Delish🥂 #cooking #cake #glutenfree #recipe #baking

There's nothing typical about this cake. It uses brown butter, a moist almond-polenta base, plus caramelised nectarines. Add a zing of lemon zest 🍋 and serve with crème fraîche. RECIPE: https://theloopywhisk.com/2024/05/18/gluten-free-lemon-polenta-cake/ The lemoniest gluten-free lemon polenta cake 🍋💛 It's seriously sooo lemony, melt-in-the-mouth tender and thoroughly soaked with a fragrant lemon syrup – made from the very first lemon off our baby lemon trees!! 🥹🫶 [GLUTEN-FREE] #lemoncake #lemon #cake #glutenfree #baking #recipes #dessert | The Loopy Whisk

Go show them some love Guam! Follow them on TikTok @Lafamiliamarket.Barrigada.GU and also on instagram. Tell them Anna sent you. 🥰🩷 Highly recommend you try the lemon cake and one of their lattes! As someone who hates lemon cakes this was the first one that I loved. 😅😍 I also enjoyed their chocolate cake as well.
