Chewy Pumpkin Cookies 🎃🍂🧡 Perfectly chewy, never cakey, pumpkin cookies flavored with lots of autumn spices 🧡 ✨The key to perfect, chewy pumpkin cookies is drying your pumpkin- an odd concept that really works!! (Use plenty of paper towels until almost all of the liquid is absorbed from your pumpkin purée.) ✨Make sure to measure your flour properly. (Please use a digital kitchen scale 🥹) Too much flour will yield cakey cookies. ✨For extra fall spice flavor, roll the cookie dough in the spic

This is the pumpkin bread I’ll be making on repeat all fall. 🎃🤎 Brown butter makes every bite rich and nutty, the pumpkin keeps it perfectly moist, and the cinnamon cream cheese frosting is the finishing touch that takes it over the top. Trust me—you’ll want a second slice. Full recipe linked below or in my bio! https://www.mersgoodeats.com/recipes/brown-butter-pumpkin-bread-with-cinnamon-cream-cheese-frosting
