I started in corrections for the same reason most people do, to provide for my family and have stability. I took the job seriously, learned from real officers, and saw things most people never will. After 13 years, my career ended. In late 2024, I was terminated for helping an officer with a sergeant examination. It violated policy. I owned it and accepted the outcome.
